Being a fourth generation rancher has taught me quite a lot. But now I am using that knowledge for my photography business. I can capture every true moment and every passion the cowboy has, because I know the cowboy. My husband comes from a ranching background, and one day our son will live out the cowboy way. Though I may not photograph as much as I would like – being a school counselor tends to get in the way – I am still dedicated to the art of freezing time. There is nothing more important in my life than my heritage. After all, it is what started my business.
